Bacon Egg N’ Cheese was a concept developed during the time of COVID lockdowns. Our brunch program hadn’t been running for months at this time, and we wanted to offer something different for our customers. Specifically, food that would transfer well for take-out, and would still incorporate the use of our smoker. We looked forward to coming into the kitchen several times a week to workshop menu ideas, listening to Ja Rule & The Roots and tasting countless breakfast sandwiches.
From there, B.E.C. really took on a life of its own into a full-fledged brunch spot in Westboro. The steady menu development we’ve put in over the years has resulted in a completely unique offering of what we would consider breakfast BBQ fusion. B.E.C. is really an exciting and creative space where the goal is to accomplish outstanding flavours in different and diverse ways.
Whether you’re coming in after a long night out on Elgin Street, or an early morning breakfast with the in-laws, we offer an atmosphere of shared enjoyment and culinary exploration for everyone.
